This wine,made from grapes produced on renowned land is garnet- red in color and has an aroma of ripe fruit. It is a great company with red and white meat,poultry as well as cheese. Avoid raw vegetables and vinegar dishes. To air,bring out 1 hour in advance. Serve at 16°C - 18°C.

Rich,but not too acidic,it is pleasant to drink,and when age slip in,it should be kept away from light and air bubble at a temperature of about 12°C,for 3 to 5 years.
